Law proposal aims to prevent demolition of slain soldiers' WB homes

Finance Committee Chairman Carmel Shama will propose to the Ministerial Committee on Legislative Affairs a law that would state that homes in Judea and Samaria can only be demolished with the Knesset's Foreign Affairs and Defense Committee's approval.

The law proposal aims to prevent the demolition of the homes of two IDF soldiers who were killed in action, Eliraz Peretz and Roee Klein. The homes are located in the Givat Hayovel outpost. (Roni Sofer)
