Deported Russian spy gets top oil pipeline job

One of the Russian spies deported from the United States in a Cold-War style spy swap last year has been named an advisor at a Russian oil pipeline monopoly, the company said on Thursday.

Transneft president Nikolai Tokarev, himself a former KGB agent, said the deported spy, Natalya Pereverzeva, had accepted a job as his advisor on international projects. (Reuters)
