Federal prosecutors have acknowledged they failed to turn over documents in the trial of a man convicted of smuggling money through an Islamic charity to Chechen fighters in the Russian territory.
Prosecutors said Thursday in a brief that they won't oppose a motion for Pete Seda's release while a judge determines whether a new trial is required. (AP)
