Prosecution appeals against right wing activist's acquittal

The Jerusalem District Prosecutor's Office on Sunday presented an appeal to the Jerusalem District Court over the acquittal of extreme right wing activist Noam Federman.
The Magistrate's court had previously acquitted Federman of assaulting police officers because the prosecution representatives failed to appear at the hearing due to the prosecutors' strike. (Aviad Glickman)
