Estimates: Barak promised position in next government

According to estimates, Labor Chairman Ehud Barak and Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu agreed ahead of time that Barak will serve during Netanyahu's next term in government.
Barak's split from the Labor party is meant to give Netanyahu political stability, for which Barak will receive a senior position in Netanyahu's next government. The other faction members that joined Barak are also expected to enjoy benefits, and will most likely receive ministerial position. (Attila Somfalvi)
