Four Palestinian inmates at the Carmel prison were indicted for soliciting a prison guard to smuggle mobile phones into the prison for a financial payoff.
The indictment presented by the Nazareth District Prosecution to the Nazareth Magistrates Court claims that the four offered the prison guard, who was acting as an undercover agent, NIS 30,000 ($8,428) for the exchange. (Ahiya Raved)
