The Petah Tikva Magistrate's Court extended the arrest of Uri Baram, who is suspected of distributing an video inciting against Deputy State Prosecutor Shai Nitzan, by two days – at the request of the National Unit for the Investigation of Serious and International Crime.
Baram, a right-wing activist, has confessed to distributing the film and expressed regret. "I wanted to evoke a public discourse on incitement," he explained. (Yair Altman)
