Court rejects raft of Demjanjuk defense motions

None

John Demjanjuk's attorney is accusing a Munich court of acting on the assumption that his client is guilty after judges rejected a raft of defense motions.

Ulrich Busch said Tuesday that the court's decision to reject the motions was a serious blow to the defense but he vowed to press ahead with his efforts. Retired Ohio autoworker Demjanjuk is standing trial on 28,060 counts of accessory to murder for allegedly having been a guard at the Nazis' Sobibor death camp. He denies the charges. (AP)
