The Jerusalem District Prosecution has recommended that Attorney General Yehuda Weinstein prosecute Rabbi Mordechai Elon for committing indecent acts against at least one male teenager.
The prosecution said it reached the conclusion after reviewing the police's position on the matter. (Aviad Glickman)
