A Palestinian armed with an assault rifle opened fire at IDF soldiers in a military post near Mavo Dotan, north of Jenin.
A Kfir Brigade force that was present on the scene returned fire and killed the man. No other injuries were reported. (Yair Altman, Hanan Greenberg)
