Barak, Steinitz to promote defense, military industries merger

Defense Minister Ehud Barak, Finance Minister Yuval Steinitz and Histadrut Chairman Ofer Eini met Thursday morning and decided to recommend a merger between the Israel Military Industries and Rafael Advanced Defense Systems.
Barak and Steinitz are scheduled to meet with the managements of the companies to receive their feedback. (Ynet)
