IDF officer convicted for sex offenses

Eyal Nahum, a 25-year-old IDF officer from Holon, was convicted in a plea bargain for committing a sequence of sex offenses against girls he met on the Internet, including indecent acts and consensual sodomy.

Nahum, who serves in an IDF unit that develops software, was arrested following a months-long covert investigation, after pretending to be a teenager online in order to convince young women and minors to meet him. (Ynet)
