US: Major powers seek meaningful process with Iran

None

United States said it hoped major powers' talks with Iran that begin on Thursday in Istanbul would launch "a meaningful and practical process that addresses the core issues with Iran's nuclear program."

US State Department spokesman P.J. Crowley also said in a written statement that the United States is "committed to holding Iran accountable to its international obligations, and will continue to do so until Iran takes tangible steps to resolve international concerns with its nuclear program."
