US Rep. Gabrielle Giffords has arrived in Houston as she is taken to a rehabilitation center where her family hopes for a full recovery from a gunshot to the head.
Giffords will be evaluated in the intensive care unit at Texas Medical Center and then taken to TIRR Memorial Hermann hospital, which is in the complex. US Capitol police have set up extra security measures at the facility. (AP)
