Mahmoud Zahar, a member of Hamas' politburo, said any negotiations on the release of captive IDF soldier Gilad Shalit must be conducted in secret.
He told a Libyan delegation which arrived in Gaza with humanitarian supplies that talks on a prisoner exchange deal were ongoing under German mediation. (Elior Levy)
