Indictment: Man tried to murder terrorist who stabbed his wife

An indictment was filed to the Jerusalem District Court on Sunday against David Mizrachi, a 54-year-old Kiryat Arba resident who attempted to murder a Palestinian terrorist who stabbed his wife at a Kiryat Arba gas station in November 2009.
The defendant tried to run over the Palestinian's body with his car, after he had already been injured by IDF fire and was laying on the floor. (Aviad Glickman)
