Palestinian documents: PA ceded east J'lem; Israel offered a transfer
Secret documents leaked by Al-Jazeera reveal that the Palestinian negotiations team agreed during secret talks to Israel's demand to annex all Jewish neighborhoods in east Jerusalem, except for Har Homa.
