France urges 'more democracy' in Egypt

French Foreign Minister Michele Alliot-Marie said her country condemned the killing of protestors in Egypt on Tuesday and called for "more democracy" in the country.
Two protestors and an Egyptian officer were killed in clashes in the city of Suez. The pro-democratic April 6 movement called on the public to continue the protests against Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak's government. (AFP)
