State Comptroller Micha Lindenstrauss didn't tell the Attorney General of his plans to publish the highlights of the findings of the report into General Yoav Galant's land affair – the Attorney General heard the news from Ynet.
Senior legal sources criticized the Comptroller's actions and claimed that by publishing the findings' highlights he tied the hands of Attorney general Weinstein, who will now be under a great deal of public pressure. The Justice Ministry stated in response that "the relationship between the Attorney General and the Comptroller is a good working relationship". (Aviad Glickman)
