High Court rejects appeal to investigate death of Tanzim activist
Supreme Court President Dorit Beinish and Judges Salim Joubran and Uzi Fugoleman rejected an appeal filed by the wife of a Tanzim activist who was killed 10 years ago, to investigate the then prime minister and chief of staff on involvement in his death.
In her appeal, Siham Thabet, the wife of Dr. Thabet Thabet who was killed in December 2000 in Tulkarem, demanded that the Attorney General launch a criminal investigation into the matter. (Aviad Glickman)
