Britain: Repression will end badly for Egypt

Britain warned Egypt on Monday that repression of anti-government protests would "end badly" but stopped short of calling for President Hosni Mubarak to stand aside.

"It's very important that if it's (US) President Obama or whether it's me, we're not saying who should run this country or that country," British Prime Minister David Cameron told BBC TV. (Reuters)
