Man arrested for spraying 'Palestine' at Western Wall

Police arrested a Jewish man who is apparently mentally disabled after he sprayed the word 'Palestine' in Hebrew on the fence separating between men and women at the Western Wall. He was taken in for questioning. (Yair Altman)
