Israel, Germany to reinforce aid to Third World

Deputy Foreign Minister Daniel Ayalon signed an agreement with his German counterpart on Monday to develop projects and cooperate economically in order to reinforce aid to Third World countries.
Their major project includes a joint venture to salvage Lake Victoria in Africa. (Ronen Medzini)
