Afghanistan: Number of war casualties highest in 9 years
At least 2,400 Afghan residents died during 2010 as a result of the ongoing war in the country, according to Afghan human rights organization ARM report. The figure sets a new record in number of casualties (6 per day) during nine years of war. (AFP)
