The motorcyclist killed by gunshots from a passing vehicle has been identified as Rami Amira, a well-known criminal. A passerby was lightly injured from shrapnel.
A previous attempt to assassinate Amira several years ago claimed the live of an innocent woman. (Eli Senyor)
