Galant: State Comptroller invaded court's jurisdiction
General Yoav Galant claims that State Comptroller Micha Lindenstrauss, who investigated his case, did so in secret and without informing the attorney general or the court.
"This investigation was against the law and constitutes an overstepping of authority by the state comptroller… It is not only a fight over authority between the comptroller and the attorney general, but also an invasion of the sole jurisdiction of the court." (Aviad Glickman)
