Report: Four people killed, 13 wounded in Cairo violence
Four people were killed and 13 were wounded when supporters loyal to President Hosni Mubarak opened fire on anti-government protesters camping out in Cairo's Tahrir square, Al Arabiya TV quoted a doctor at the scene. (Reuters)
