High Court rejects appeal over Naveh appointment

The high Court of Justice rejected an appeal to cancel the appointment of General Yair Naveh to the position of Deputy Chief of Staff and Chief of Staff.

The judges Edna Arbel, Elyakim Rubinstein and Salim Joubran, wrote in their verdict: "At the end of the day we found that the appellants failed to find any cause that would justify the cancellation of the appointment of General Naveh to the role of Deputy Chief of Staff. The appeal is rejected as is the interim order." (Aviad Glickman)
