7 protest leaders arrested in Cairo's Tahrir Square
Seven leaders of the protest movement rallying for Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak's resignation at Cairo's Tahrir Square were arrested after meeting with opposition leader Mohamed ElBaradei, the Al Arabiya news network reported.
Also according to the report, several cameras were confiscated from correspondents and citizens in an attempt to hinder media reports about the events taking place at the square. (Roee Nahmias)
