Khamenei: Egypt, Tunisia riots – sign of Islamic awakening
Iran's Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei said Friday that "the riots in Tunisia and Egypt are a sign of the Islamic awakening in the world following the victory of the Islamic revolution in Iran."
In a sermon he gave at a Tehran mosque he added: "After years of struggle, the Iranian people see that there voice is heard with strength in other regions in the Islamic world". (Dudi Cohen and AFP)
