PA rejects Israel, Quartet gestures
The Palestinian Authority rejected a package of gestures offered by Israel and the Mideast Quartet.
Chief Palestinian negotiator Saeb Erekat said the gestures, which include expanding Palestinian security presence in Area B and the fostering of Palestinian construction in east Jerusalem, were "entirely unacceptable." (AFP)
