Turkel to examine Gantz appointment on Tuesday

The Turkel Committee will gather on Tuesday and Wednesday to examine the appointment of Major General Benny Gantz for IDF chief of staff. The committee will meet with Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, Defense Minister Ehud Barak and outgoing IDF Chief of Staff Gabi Ashkenazi, as well as Gantz. (Attila Somfalvi)
