UN human rights commissioner meets Shalit family

UN High Commissioner for Human Rights Navi Pillay visited the Shalit family's protest tent in Jerusalem and met with the parents of the kidnapped soldier, who has been in Hamas captivity for more than four years.

Shalit's father, Noam, noted that the Goldstone Report had called for his son's return without any preconditions. The commissioner said she would raise the issue during her visit to Gaza on Wednesday. (Ahiya Raved)
