NATO Secretary General Anders Fogh Rasmussen, on a visit to Israel, said he was hoping for strategic and intelligence cooperation with the state. He added that cooperation was already taking place in the fields of anti-terror warfare and nuclear and missile threats. "We have the same concerns," Rasmussen told a joint press conference with Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.
Netanyahu thanked Rasmussen and said that cooperation was important in times of uncertainty in the region. (Yair Altma)
