Indictment against cop accused of abusing Palestinian canceled
The Police Investigations Unit has withdrawn an indictment against an officer accused of abusing a Palestinian thief over a year ago. At first 10 police officers were arrested in the investigation but just one indictment was filed.
Hearings were scheduled for this month, but the indictment was canceled after a preliminary hearing. (Eli Senyor)
