PM congratulates Egyptian declaration to honor peace treaty

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu discussed the resignation of Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak and said: "Israel congratulates the Egyptian army's announcement they will honor the peace treaty."
"This treaty goes back many years and has been nurtured and promoted by all Egyptian governments and is a cornerstone of stability not only between the two countries but in the entire Middle East," said Netanyahu. (Ronen Medzini)
