Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu thanked outgoing IDF Chief of Staff Gabi Ashkenazi who handed over the baton to Benny Gantz Monday. "Thank you Gabi. You acted first as a soldier, I saw your 'soldierness' when we were out on the field. You were a soldier, an officer and a commander.
