Justice minister calls for change in legal system

Justice Minister Yaakov Ne'eman said that the number of pending cases in Israeli courts is the highest in the world.
During a Knesset committee debate following the suicide of Judge Moris Ben-Atar the minister said that a change is needed in the system. "Changing the number of judges is not enough," he added. (Roni Sofer)
