Amram Mitzna: I want to lead new party

Amram Mitzna said on Monday that he feels the Labor party will not change despite Ehud Barak leaving. Mitzna called to establish an alignment of parties including the Labor, Meretz and Meimad parties of which he wishes to become the chairman.

"I have yet to definitively close the door to the idea of running for the Labor leadership, but I don't see the Labor party changing," he told Ynet. (Attila Somfalvi)
