Qassam victims' lawsuit against Egypt rejected

The Beersheba District Court rejected Tuesday a NIS 260 million ($70.9 million) lawsuit against Egypt submitted by 24 claimants whose family members were hurt by Qassam missiles.
The claimants alleged that Egypt supported and encouraged the supply of weaponry to Gaza but the court accepted the joint stance of Egypt and the State that Egypt has immunity over policies in its sovereign territory. (Ilana Curiel)
