MK Mofaz: Egyptian army acted 'responsibly'

Knesset Member Shaul Mofaz, chairman of the Knesset's Foreign Affairs and Defense Committee, defined the Egyptian army's conduct as "responsible" in light of the upheaval in the country and President Hosni Mubarak's downfall.
Mofaz, who convened the committee members on the backdrop o the situation in the Middle East, said that "the peace agreement with Egypt is a top priority for both countries. I congratulate the Egyptian army which acted responsibly and used judgment in declaring that the peace agreement will be maintained." (Roni Sofer)
