2 Egyptians get 4 years in jail for smuggling Hashish into Israel
The Beersheba District Court sentenced two men from Egypt, ages 20 and 21, for smuggling approximately 50 kilograms of Hashish into Israel. The two were also convicted for illegally crossing the border into Israel. Their lawyer asked the court to be considerate of their young age, and the fact that they were facing financial hardship.
