Former PM Olmert sues State Prosecutor for slander

Former Prime Minister Ehud Olmert is suing the State Prosecutor Moshe Lador for NIS 150,000 ($41,588) due to slander accusations. The law suit was filed at the Tel Aviv Magistrate's Court on Thursday.
In his statement of claim Olmert says Lador's decision to take part in an interview for Haaretz newspaper in the beginning of February was not done in good faith and was intended to "influence his trial." (Aviad Glickman)
