Iran arrests ex-president's daughter at rally

Iran arrested the daughter of former president Akbar Hashemi Rafsanjani on Sunday for taking part in a banned opposition rally, the official IRNA news agency reported.

"Faezeh Hashemi Rafsanjani was identified and arrested by security forces in Tehran while ... making blunt statements and chanting provocative slogans," IRNA reported. (Reuters)
