UK's Cameron wants end to Egypt emergency rule

British Prime Minister David Cameron will push for an end to Egypt's emergency laws during an official visit to Cairo on Monday, a British official said.

Lifting the emergency laws has been one of the main demands of the protesters who launched a mass uprising that toppled President Hosni Mubarak earlier this month. (Reuters)
