Hamas bans male hairdressers from working in women's salons

Five hairdressers were interrogated by Gaza Strip authorities because they were employed at hair salons intended for women only, the Palestinian Center for Human Rights reported.

The hairdressers were released only after agreeing to sign a statement in which they promised not to work in women's salons in the future. (Elior Levy)
