Elements in the Foreign Ministry said one Israeli man's life is in danger as he was in Christchurch, New Zealand when the earthquake hit the city and two more were lightly injured. According to assessments, nearly 120 to 150 Israelis were staying in Christchurch.
At least 65 people were killed in the quake. The Foreign Ministry is trying to contact other Israelis in the area. (Ronen Medzini)
