Sheikh Raed Salah remand extended
The remand of the Islamic Movement's northern branch Chief Sheikh Raed Salah, who was arrested over suspicions that he set fire to a eucalyptus tree forest in the south of Israel two weeks ago, has been extended by 24 hours.
Salah said that he set fire to the trees in protest against KKL activities in the area. (Hassan Shaalan)
