Gaddafi son to hold press conference in Tripoli

Libyan leader Muammar Gaddafi's son Saif al-Islam Gaddafi is due to hold a press conference in Tripoli later on Tuesday, a Reuters witness said.

In an angry television address earlier on Tuesday, Muammar Gaddafi vowed to die as a martyr in Libya as rebel troops said eastern regions had broken free from his rule in a burgeoning revolt. (Reuters)
