Gov't to invest NIS 500 million in public health system

The government will seek to approve on Sunday a program to invest NIS 500 million in the public health system, with the purpose of alleviating the overcrowding in hospitals.
The Prime Minister's Office stated that the programs will finance the addition of 960 beds to the State's hospitals over the next six years, the hiring of 160 more doctors, and the purchase of MRI machines. (Attila Somfalvi)
